We are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant who takes ownership of the full process: from procurement to deployment on site. You are responsible for managing spare parts used in revisions and projects. You ensure materials are available on time, correct, and in line with the required quality and safety standards. You combine administrative accuracy with hands-on support in the warehouse and on project sites. You will be based in the central warehouse in Rodenhuize, while also being active on-site during projects.
Spare Parts Assistant
Your key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain material master data, MRP data and BOM structures.
Analyze stock levels and replenishment in preparation for projects.
Manage technical documentation and follow up on purchase orders.
Organize incoming inspections and coordinate with stakeholders.
Prepare projects by collecting spare parts and performing quality and quantity checks.
Coordinate logistics, transport and temporary on-site warehouses.
Monitor processes related to procurement, replenishment and repairs.
Manage and monitor critical and capital spare parts.
