We are looking for a Service Technician who seamlessly combines technical expertise, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of our vending systems. From our headquarters in Herentals, you will travel to customers across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will work independently on-site and switch efficiently between installations, interventions, and changing priorities. This requires technical maturity, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality.
Service Technician
Your key responsibilities:
You are responsible for the full operation of our vending systems at customer sites, from installation to maintenance and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities include:
Processing EMS quotations and creating orders in Salesforce
Managing and structuring documentation in SAP and Trevally
Supporting purchase requests and supply processes
Managing access via Lorinaccess
Providing administrative support for spare parts (item creation, reservations in SAP, etc.)
Supporting SES and invoicing processes
Handling commissioning files
Taking on additional administrative tasks where needed
Your profile:
You have a technical background: education in industrial electricity, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent through experience
You have experience with or knowledge of electronics and technical systems
You have an analytical, solution-oriented mindset with attention to quality
You are able to work independently
You have strong administrative accuracy
You are flexible and willing to travel within Belgium and the Netherlands
You hold a valid driver’s license (category B)
